The Shandong Plant pioneered Violetech’s production of High-Performanc Organi Pigments Nowaday ,the Shandong  Plant  mainly functionsas a base for PV23 crude products refinement. It has a production capacity of 1500 MT per annum of Pigment Violet 23 (Finished Products).

The Shanxi Complex (phase I) finished construction in 2020. In compliance with the latest international standards, the Shanxi Complex is specifically designed to ensure low pollution, increased productivity and consistent product quality. Fully equipped with DCS-controlled  Material  Synthetic  Workshop,  Independent  Hydrogen/Nitrogen  Generation Units,  RTObased Air  Treatment System, Waste Water Treatment Facilities, and its own in- house  QC Lab,  the semiautomated  site  is built  for  seamlessflow of material from preproduction to delivery. The Complex currently has a production capacity of 2000 MT/year of Pigment Violet 23 (Crude Products) and 800 MT/year of Pigment Intermediates.

Violetech’s headquarters is located in Nanxiang, Shanghai. In addition to its managerial function, this building also houses our state-of-the art RD  center.  As the  seat of our technical expertise,  the R&D center is fully with quipped advanced  facilities for Material Synthesis (in-house Synthesis Plant), Material Analysis, Application Development and Reliability Testing.
Our SCM infrastructure includes a modern warehouse strategically placed near Shanghai port district (cover 3000㎡). Complete with an in-house  container loading dock, we’ re able to provide you safe and  efficient  transportation  of  chemicals via all modes.
