Violetech has finished the construction of a completely new production site in Yuncheng, Shanxi Province, which will have bolster up annual output of High Performance Organic Pigments to 2,000  tons and related pigment/dye intermediates t0 800 tons.

Complete with its own RTO system and water-treatment plant, this new production site is designed to ensure full compliance with the most up-to-date and stringent environmental legislations of clean production.

The completion of the Shanxi Complex confirms our commitment to the Organic Pigment market as a long term sustainable partner for our customers with a high quality value proposition. The expansion will also contribute to a solution for the growing worldwide demand for high-quality, high-grade PV23 pigments.

Future Plan for Shanxi Complex:

• 2020-08: Commences Trial Operation for Shanxi Complex 

• 2021-02: Phase I Project Reaches Target Output 

• 2021-05: Begins Phase II expansion of the Shanxi Complex
