At the current stage, our intermediate business serves primarily in auxiliary to our main pigment business. With scalable and cost-effective production of key intermediates being secured, we are able to deliver high quality pigment products consistently whilst maintaining a competitive edge in terms of pricing and product deliverability.

1. Utilities Include: Nitrogen & Hydrogen Plant, Industrial Boiler, Thermic Fluid Boiler, Brine Chilling Plant, RTO System, Cooling Towers, Solid Waste Incinerator, Water Treatment Plant.
2. Plant infrastructure include: Stainless Steel autoclaves/hydrogenator (75/150 bar pressure) –25 L/100 L, Stainless steel reactor with distillation column and condenser – 100 L, Thermic fluid boiler, Rotary vacuum dryer, Centrifuge.
3. Process capabilities include: Alkylation, Nitration, Catalytic Hydrogenation, Condensation, Cyclisation, Sulfonation.
