Local Community
Violetech is aware that sustainable business and growth is impossible without harmonious coexistence with the communities in which we operate. In addition to contributing to the local economy through business and employment, we regularly engage in volunteering & charity events in local communities to further foster a relationship of mutual trust. -

Education Sponsorship
One of our CSR goals are helping children enjoy better education programs. In addition to organizing volunteering activities and sponsoring local elementary and middle schools, we make period donations to ‘Light House Project’ of China to help children from under developed areas. -

Violetech views people as the key to creating sustainable growth and improving corporate value. We grant our employees above-average benefits in terms of salary or additional payment. We also make great effort in fostering a work environment where people can work enthusiastically and in good health, both physically and mentally.

Social Welfare
While most of our recent efforts have been focused on bettering our own work environment and local communities, we’re also taking small steps towards addressing larger issues of our society. This includes contributions through donations in response to COVID-19 epidemic and donations to Forest Building Project of North Western China.
